[Case Study] Tri-Axis Ribbon Blender NES·RBWR Blender

Introducing a case study on the implementation of a blender for the safe neutralization of harmful substances.

This document introduces a case study of a domestic power engineering company that has implemented the three-axis ribbon blender, NES-RBWR Blender. The company mixes PCB and alkaline agent powders in a sealed space, and we proposed a three-axis ribbon blender that allows for discharge via a screw feeder. This has enabled operators to safely and efficiently carry out detoxification processes without coming into contact with liquids. 【Contents】 ■ Customer: Domestic power engineering company ■ Background: Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) ■ Solution: If a two-axis doesn't work, then use a three-axis ■ Effect: Improved efficiency not only in discharge but also in mixing with the three-axis design *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Single-Shaft Ribbon Blender NES·RBS Blender

Is a single layer more mixed than a double layer!? Making glossy activated carbon with a ribbon blender.

This document introduces a case study of a carbon manufacturer that has implemented the single-axis ribbon blender NES-RBS blender. The company was looking for a device to hydrate and mix powdered activated carbon to create wet activated carbon (50% moisture), which would then be discharged through a bottom valve and filled into bulk bags. We proposed a single ribbon type (single ribbon) blender. After verification with a small machine, they confirmed that it met their desired quality, and they are pleased that high-quality activated carbon can also be produced with the scaled-up full capacity of 3000L. [Contents] ■ Customer: A global carbon manufacturer ■ Background: "Water" and "activated carbon" that do not mix ■ Solution: Sometimes less is better ■ Effect: The glossy activated carbon they were seeking *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Nieder Blender Mixer Case Studies

Introducing case studies of the introduction of chemical engineering equipment such as kneaders and blenders.

This document is a collection of case studies summarizing examples of kneaders, blenders, and mixing machines handled by Chemical Engineering. It includes cases such as mixing powders with a continuous mixing ratio of 97:3, producing activated carbon using a ribbon blender, and safely and quickly mixing explosive materials. These examples are utilized by various sectors, including major food manufacturers, domestic power engineering companies, and large chemical manufacturers. 【Featured Cases】 ■ Thorough mixing of powders with a continuous mixing ratio of 97:3 ■ Producing glossy activated carbon with a ribbon blender ■ Safe and harmless treatment of hazardous substances using a blender-loader ■ Safe and quick mixing of explosives with a batch capacity of 30L ■ Mixing high-viscosity plastics with a batch capacity of 80L We also accept design and manufacturing of peripheral equipment (mixing tanks, lifting stands) for stirrers from other manufacturers (such as Satake Chemical Machinery Industry Co., Ltd., Hanwa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., and Takeuchi Seisakusho Co., Ltd.). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
